Winning the project at competition, Childs Sulzmann were appointed by Picton Capital to look at creative ways to reinvent the 1970’s office block in the heart of Cardiff.
Working with the London based graphic designers and Frome based landscape architects, the proposal includes a full redesign of the external courtyard, a new communal breakout space and reception area, and fully refurbished office floor plates.
The project has been granted consent and is on-going.
