Deep in the New Forest, New Park Manor was originally a 17th century hunting lodge, first converted to a hotel in the 1960s.
As a historic building sited within the New Forest National Park, obtaining planning consent for development was challenging and required sensitive negotiations with the regulators. A successful outcome enabled us to develop the first phase of New Park Manor Hotel, to convert it into a 29 room Luxury Family Hotel.
Since then, Childs Sulzmann have successfully introduced a further 6 bedroom suites above the existing spa and a new 60 seat “vinery” restaurant space which provides views across the ground towards the New Forest.
