Childs Sulzmann are excited to announce that the planning application for the redevelopment and extension to the much loved Ostreme Community Centre has been submitted.
Working closely with Down to Earth and Mumbles Community Council, Childs Sulzmann have developed a highly sustainable community based scheme that looks to build upon the decades of hard work that has allowed the community centre to become a key part of the Mumbles community.
The scheme will seek to modernise the appearance of the building whilst providing much needed additional studio and office space to ensure that the centre can continue to provide essential services to the local community.
